FLEXIBLE CONFIGURATION

This efficient drawer and bin system accommodates products of a variety of shapes and sizes, and features an intuitive user interface so employees can get the item that they need quickly and easily. The AC100 is expandable, supporting auxiliary units for additional capacity. For absolute control, items can be dispensed one at a time when positions are loaded with only a single item. Or, passive control features allow multiple items to be dispensed at once – you do not have to pick just one control mode. Access and dispense control modes can both be mixed within a single drawer. AC100 is ideal for managing consumable materials, for example production components, critical parts and of course cutting tools. Returnable assets – like calibrated tools and instruments, hand and power tools, maintenance items, spare parts, radios and portable computers – can also be managed, and periodic ‘re-check’ criteria can be assigned to keep everything optimized. The design of AC100 allows for complete flexibility, versatility and modularity. This system offers a variety of drawer combinations, including different depth dimensions, to allow for a broader range of uses.
